After performing tests on the thicker material it was found that we would gain maybe 2 seconds . Which for what it would do we didnt feel that the extra expenditure would be of any use  to anyone so hence we will stick with the winning formula we have already formed with our customers and continue to supply what we believe to be the best of bags on the market today I have read the test results for the pva solution that our bags are made of ,tests were carried out in tanks with live fish, the ph, dissolved oxygen were  measured daily for a priod of 96 hours,the ph remained at 7.8 throughout the testing and the dissolved oxygen barely moved. All fish were unharmed and fed freely throughout. THE BAGS  To  start with we have a small 50 x100   for those who just want a small  amount of bait right on the hookbait, these are very popular and sell like hot cakes they are very popular.These bags cast a long long way. Next we have 100x100 these offer a still smallish pile of bait but a little more room for maybe a crushed boilie or two with some pellets. They can cast with ease a long way .  Then comes my personal old favorite, 80 x 130 with this size bag   offering 2 or 3 onzes of bait, you can fill with pellets boilies and the like. I always use this size as I do like a fair amount of bait around my hookbait .   Also we have   a 70 x 170   once again offering a good   3onzs+ of bait,  I sell these by the boatload, they   give a different fresh way of applying bait, rather than a small pile they obviously deposit their load in a long tube shape. These bags are  not easily used for distance fishing but more suited to up to 60 yards or nearer I have used these bags to great effect in conjunction with my bait boat. then we have 100 X 130.These new bags are large and should cast well due to their ball like shape when fully filled. I was asked for a bigger more castable bag so this I hope will be the answer for   those big chuckers out there.
